CMS offers both Full Farm Management and Advisory Services. This would involve using a combination of baseline proven techniques, whilst incorporating ‘good farming practices’ with advanced methods of agronomy including employing sustainable agronomic policies.

Full Farm Management

With full management, Coffee Management Services is actively involved with the daily operations on the farm and is therefore able to deliver its expertise effectively.

CMS seconds to farms experienced field agronomists to oversee the day to day operations for farms under full management. All CMS Farm Managers are University Degree holders in Agriculture. The Farm Manager communicates daily with his senior agronomist on the operations in progress on the farm.

CMS prepares the Farm's Annual Budget in advance and sends it to the owner for perusal and approval. Our Agronomists help to prepare monthly reports for Farm owners on farming practices, operations and progress on the farm. CMS discusses and agrees with the client on the agro inputs required at the farm for his approval.
